"We have stayed at this property over a year ago and I can say this has by far been the absolute best stay we have experienced! The front desk staff, Mark, at check-in was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We didn't catch her name but the woman who cooks and serves the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! "The room was great especially for the $$ I’m living on an extremely tight budget. The GM is so much like I’am. Lives her job and doesn’t mind putting in the extra hours to make sure things that need fixed are being fixed. Everything will be completely back to normal ASAP. "

"Lots of ice on the sidewalk and I slipped and mentioned it to the desk gal they needed to address that back entrance….they didn’t. Jacuzzi and laundry services were not working. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I would stay there again. "

"Everything was great here. My room was clean and everything worked. Nothing looked dated or worn out. Plenty of parking, and sidewalks were clear of snow with icy patches sanded. Staff were all efficient and friendly. No complaints at all. Will stay here again if I find myself coming through Sidney again."
