The Cove at Fairview is open again! Our rental homes are as inviting as ever.
There are many things to do in the Asheville Area. You have your choice of many restaurants, bars, and breweries in both Fairview and nearby Asheville.
The Biltmore House, the Arboretum, the Asheville Museum, and parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway (with access to some trails) are all open.
Go shopping downtown, play pinball at the Asheville Pinball Museum, take a comedy bus tour with LaZoom, go horseback riding, get a massage, or simply relax in the serenity of nature at your rental home. Oh, and don’t forget to get carrots for the horses, mini-donkeys, and our goat!

Enjoy a romantic get-away or a private retreat at the "Garden Cabin." Relax in the comfort of this charming cabin. Watch the moon rise over the mountains from the comfort of your private hot tub. Watch the water wheel spin and enjoy the beauty of Lotus Flowers and Koi Fish in the pond right next to the cabin. This home features a flat screen HDTV, a beautiful queen bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops. Enjoy the rustic elegance of refurbished wood. The logs in the cabin come from the mid 1800's. The walls are finished with refurbished oak and wormy chestnut boards and there is furniture made from refurbished wormy chestnut. There is a wood burning stove with a fireplace front.

The Cove at Fairview has many wonderful amenities. There is a gas and charcoal combo grill. Enjoy Koi Falls - which features two Koi ponds, several small waterfalls, and water plants. Visit our two horses – they always love carrots. Fresh eggs from our chickens provided. The Cove at Fairview is located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House. We are only 10 minutes to The Blue Ridge Parkway.

Wonderful stay!
The cabin is so cute. The location is great, felt super close to everything but far enough from the city that it felt like an escape. Frank was such a lovely host- he greeted us and was available for any questions or requests and was just all around great. We got to feed the animals as well which was so much fun. We had a beautiful stay and would highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed at the garden cabin for a few nights as a vacation before starting a new job. Our host was excellent and super accommodating. Frank even made sure to communicate with us and was always readily available for any questions and was very knowledgeable about the area. The property was gorgeous and we would love to return!

Beautiful cabin and close to Asheville
If you want a quiet place to stay and close to Asheville, this is it! Frank is so nice and was just a call/text away if we needed anything. The cabin is gorgeous and has everything you need to cook with and it has a washer & dryer!! The bed is very comfortable! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and listening to the beautiful sound of nature. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful! Layout and landscaping! Flowers smelled great coming in. Loved feeding the fish and horses and animals:) privacy was perfect too!:) Will most definately stay here again! Check in was easy and smooth! The owners were so kind and accommodating and made our vacation amazing. Everything you need is at the cabin and if you need a grocery store or restaurants they are only a short drive away. Even with things so close, you are still tucked away and a beautiful quiet cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the experiences made possible by this property and host. So much that we decided to extend our stay! The cabin was comfortable, conveniently located, private, part of a beautiful larger property, and had everything we needed. Our host, Frank, was personable, hospitable, gracious, and all around “good people.” He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences in every way, from prompt communication before and throughout our stay to being flexible when our arrival time changed to providing excellent recommendations for local dining, hiking trails, amazing sights and other activities. We are so grateful and will definitely be coming back!

The most relaxing environment
Me and my husband had a 2 night get away from our 4 kids. The cabin and property that Frank has cultivated is the most relaxing place to be when you want to escape normal life. We had a wonderful time reconnecting. We spent time at koi falls, visiting the farm animals. The hot tub was a great extra for us to relax in and work the stress away. Frank works with an amazing masseuse and I HIGHLY recommend you book a massage with her. Me and my husband couldn’t be happier with how peaceful and put together this property is.

Quaint cabin and property
This was such a lovely place to stay. The cabin was beautiful and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and feeding the farm animals. We will definitely want to stay here again if we come back to the Ashville area.

We loved the Garden Cabin! This place is all about location. The property has beautiful landscaping and is close to everything notable in the area. Initially, we thought that the property was not as private as we would have hoped, due to a couple of the property's shared public spaces being so close to the cabin and within view of our hot tub. However, Frank was a great host who stayed out of the way. We were never bothered. had our own little private space. Would definitely come back! Thanks Frank and team!

Perfect anniversary getaway spot!
Beautiful, romantic cabin that was perfect for our 5 year wedding anniversary. Very clean and cozy cabin, beautifully maintained grounds that was fun to explore, and nice hot tub to relax in and look at stars. Already want to come back next year!

Easy booking process, excellent communication throughout. We got a nice tour of the beautiful property at check-in along with lots of insider information on places to check out during our stay. Oh yeah and fresh eggs from their chickens! Honestly walking the property, getting pictures, relaxing at one of the many spots they’ve made makes for a wonderful way to spend a morning or afternoon. Then into busy Asheville (10 min drive) for the attractions and back to this relaxing oasis. We loved the space and the local (Fairview) shops were amazing. We were able to relax at the grill several times and the hot tub of course! Highly recommended and very much appreciated.

This was an amazing experience ! My wife and I enjoyed this cabin so much. The cabin was clean the property as well, everything was perfect. When we arrived Frank was there to greet us, he made us feel so welcome and took pride in sharing with us the story on how the property was developed into the paradise it is now . We had total privacy the entire stay as if we were the only ones there. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality service in a pristine environment this is the place

Nice getaway!
We will definitely be returning to this quiet, relaxing and peaceful cabin. Frank was such a sweet man welcoming us so promptly and with details and suggestions of local points of interest. The cabin was very clean, had all the amenities as stated and a cozy vibe. The large TV in the family room that we could also watch from the bed was an added bonus (most cabins I’ve been to don’t have 60” TVs) The location is perfect if you are visiting the Biltmore Estates which I highly recommend. Book this cabin. You won’t be disappointed!

Beyond Amazing!!!
This was a last minute weekend getaway for my fiancé and I. To say that the owner, Frank, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us is an understatement. He was absolutely amazing from our arrival and throughout our entire visit. The house was immaculate! We made the short drive to Asheville midday on Saturday and had planned on spending the afternoon there and eating downtown. We loved the house so much we grabbed a few groceries and went back, cooked, watched Christmas movies with a fire going, and finished the night off with wine and a soak in the hot tub- absolutely perfect!!! We will most definitely be back and would be willing to stay in any of his properties- he is the perfect host!!!
