"We love this cottage for our 8 friends. It has a view of Edinboro Lake and much light from all the windows. It is all one floor which makes it easy to get around.The kitchen/dining area is conducive to gathering and the openess of the layout makes it easy to see everyone and get around.Last year we suggested to the owner that the chairs around the kitchen table could be a bit more secure and tightened, which he did for us this year. They were also recovered.The only complaint we had this year...

"This cottage was perfect for our stay in Erie. Good location, convenient to get to Presque Isle, and places to eat. Nice area and quiet. We spent most of our time out and about during the day, and this was ideal for being able to cook our breakfasts and dinners , etc. It was everything that we needed including washer and dryer, comfortable bed, well stocked with spices, coffee filters, and bathroom products. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in the Erie area!"

Sharp knives, lots of utensils particularly! The bed was comfy and Hulu is one of our favorite streaming stations. Our host was responsive although we encountered no problems. "We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. "

"This house was a lovely place to spend our getaway to Erie! The house was exactly as pictured and completely spotless. We appreciated the easy check-in and the well-stocked kitchen and laundry room. Check out was also a breeze - not a long list of chores, just a couple of simple and reasonable items. The neighborhood was great and quiet, but close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and the nearby Presque Isle State Park (definitely worth a visit!). Best of all was the gorgeous pool and back...

"This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back"

"My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive to all communication and was very nice to let us do a late check out. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, a child and two small dogs. Its in a great location central to everything in Erie. The house was clean upon our arrival and remodled very nice. For the nightly weekend rate it was more than resonable. My only complant would be that the outside stairs were covered in ice when we arrived. I know ice has been bad...
