"This place was such a nice vacation for our little family! My 1 year old and 3 year old boys were entertained by the new toys and the play areas outside! The Fosters were easy to get in touch with and more than accommodating when my little boy wanted to help with the animals!"

"Our overall group experience was great. the property was centrally locarted, clean and comfortable. The only suggestion would be more lighting, each room was pretty dark."

"My friend and I (40 women) randomly chose Gettysburg and this house got a quick getaway to relax. The location of the house makes it perfect for walking to anywhere in the center of town. The only slight negative to this was the noise. It is a busy road with lots of morning traffic and trucks. Other than that this home was wonderful!is that it was not a quiet street"

"This is a gorgeous, spacious home within minutes of downtown Gettysburg. It was a great location where we could come back after our day of adventure and not feel like we would be tripping over each other. If I am ever in Gettysburg again, I will definitely consider staying here again."

"The property was so interesting. It was lovely cozy and homey. Close distance to restaurants historic museums and town square. The host provided information regarding the history of the property and ideas of where to visit and things to do"

"I love the attention to detail. I have a neck injury so one of the days I just slept and rested and it was magical. I appreciate how clean everything was. Me and my mom and daughters take an annual girls trip and this was just what we needed. Watched movies, enjoyed the spa feel of the house and played games. "Fantastic hotel! Will be staying here again. The first room I was in had ants (it’s that time of year! I wasn’t upset. Ants > bed bugs) so I was upgraded for free to a bigger room. The ONLY complaint I had - and it’s stretching - is the TV was a little small. Otherwise, it’s got a huge parking lot by an outlet mall and a TGI Fridays, and across the street from a gas station. I felt completely safe there the whole time and loved every second of it. There were plenty of options for dogs to go. The rooms were quiet and we only had an issue one night with kids running around, otherwise it was silent and gave my reactive dog some peace to sleep in. "

"If you want a quiet night's sleep, book the poolside rooms. Although we liked the views, we didn't like all the loud motorcycles on the main road until well into the night. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, the full breakfast was delicious, and convenient to walk or drive to shops, museums, restaurants, etc. We plan on staying here again (but poolside) and recommended it to friends. 5 stars"
