Our newly renovated, cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a bright and refreshing atmosphere for your next getaway. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Fairfield University and close to Sacred Heart University, our home provides easy access to local attractions such as the Norwalk Aquarium, Beardsley Zoo, and charming local farms.

The space:
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials, such as pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, stemware, kids' plates and cups, spices, and cooking oils. Coastal Cottage includes a coffee/tea bar with a Keurig coffee maker, an assortment of Starbucks and Donut Shop coffee pods. A variety of tea, creamer, and sugar or sweeteners.

Tranquil dining room: Soft lighting, stylish decor, seating for eight, serene ambiance, ideal for memorable meals with loved ones.

Discover Three Plush Bedrooms:
King Bedroom (1st Floor), Queen Beroom (2nd Floor), and two cozy Double beds (2nd Floor), all featuring comfortable Green Tea cooling memory foam mattresses. Unwind in comfort with blackout shades in each room, ensuring a blissful sleep. Ideal for up to 8 guests, Fairfield Cottage invites you to unwind and rejuvenate.

There are two newly rennovated full bathrooms located on the first floor. One features a deep soak-in tub, the second bathroom a walk-in shower with a relaxing large rain head. the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues and toilet paper. Additional amenities include a hairdryer and a first aid kit.

Calling all beach lovers! Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella await your arrival. So, grab your shades and let the beachy fun begin!

Launder with high-end washer and dryer machines available for your use in the basement.

The home is equipped with fast wireless internet access. There are two smart televisions equipped with Roku. One is located in the living room, the other in the first-floor King bedroom.

The backyard features a spacious patio with a gas fire pit and an eight-person dining table. A BBQ grill is available, ideal for hosting cookouts and creating delicious grilled dishes. For entertainment, there's a giant Jenga set, providing excitement and friendly competition. Parking is available in the driveway for two cars, additionally, there is free street parking in front of the house.
