Located in the family community of Chelsea Heights in Fairfield Bay. The condo #42 is within walking distance of tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, and the "Cool Pool" swimming pool. This oversized two bedroom, 2.5 baths, fully furnished condo that includes a large sofa and two large recliners. This condo provides a fully furnished/functional kitchen, cable/WIFI, and an in unit washer & dryer. The condo also features an updated & modern décor with all the comforts of home. The main floor has an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining & living room for family fun and interaction. The living room is supplied with a large TV, DVD& CD player. Enjoy the view of the Ozark Mountains from the living room, large outdoor deck as well as an upper balcony. The kitchen includes all appliances, glass dinner ware, silverware, pots, pans, griddle & crockpot. Completely set of men’s golf clubs in condo for visitors use during their stay. Lower patio area with firepit & charcoal grill to enjoy in the evenings.

Great weekend getaway!
We loved how close the cool pool was to the rental. It was nice to just walk up the hill and spend the day at the pool. The condo was soooo clean and very comfortable! We all talked about coming back in the fall so we could enjoy the outdoors more!

Great Condo, Good Value
We had great stay at Fairfield Bay, the condo was nicely updated, clean and well equipped. About ten minute drive to the marina. Went to the Little Red Restaurant at Indian Hills, food and service were great. Went to Janssen's lakefront restaurant in Edgemont, what a disappointment worst food I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Sugarloaf Mountain is a nice hike if it's not too hot and you have a few hours to kill..

We enjoyed the amenities of the community from the pools to the marina. The condo was very clean and worked perfectly for my family. Dawn was quick to reply if I had any questions or concerns.

Family time @ the perfect location
The Yoder's Retreat #42 was perfect! The exact location is directly across from the Cool Pool/tennis courts. We have three teens and they loved this place. The kitchen was nicely furnished with anything you may need. The cozy home like feel was just what we all needed. We will be planning a trip in the near future. We loved this place!

The condo was nicely decorated and cozy. It was raining most of the time so, we enjoyed the games and DVDs that were available. We also had fun playing the record player. Covid getaway
When we first arrived, I was surprised that the condo was downstairs. I assumed it would be dark. It was not! This is a property that is fairly old, and shows it somewhat, BUT it is very comfortable and appropriately priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely AMAZING PLACE!!!
It took me a little more than 6 months to realize I had a message from VRBO inviting me to review. And any other time I would just go on and say oops I missed that chance to review but I JUST CANNOT DO IT THIS TIME!!! This was one of the most amazing places I’ve had the pleasure of renting for my short vacays. It was so nice and clean and comfortable. It was the weekend before Christmas and I was there to spend my Christmas time with my grand daughter and was so worried about just having a tree but low and behold they already had a beautiful tree up and decorated when I arrived!! I had a little oops and broke the slot that the shower head goes in and contacted the owner to let them know and see how they would like for me to replace it or pay for it and they simply wouldn’t have it. They were amazing about it. I just really really recommend this place to anyone!!! You won’t regret it and it’s well worth way more than the cost. Thanks to The Yoders for allowing me to use your condo for my holiday with my granddaughter!!

Fun times in Fairfield Bay
We have stayed here several times and would highly recommend Yoders Treat! Every time we visit Fairfield Bay the first place I look for availability is Yoders Retreat. The condo is very comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent.

Great Location!!
We were in town for a family reunion in Quitman. This was the perfect location (only about 30 minutes away). I traveled with my kids (twins 23, one's special needs) and needed a place that provided comfortable space with surrounding options of things to do. This was steps away from the pool and cafe. Food at the cafe was great and so was the staff. There is a playground with flat grassy area next to it (son needed spot to kick his soccer ball), there were plenty of tennis/pickle ball courts and the putt putt golf (really nice) was only a short 10 minute (tops) drive. There is a near by grocery store as well that was much bigger than expected. The condo is inviting, comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the deck is nice to sit and relax. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo to anyone visiting the area.

Peaceful Vacation
The condo was very clean. The place was peaceful. I loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings, while drinking my coffee. A Hummingbird would come visit me, looking for food. I loved it!
