My parents were on a trip, and I booked this hotel for them to stay. They checked in at 10:20 PM on 12/30/2024. They requested a room on the 1st floor, but the receptionist gave them a room on the 2nd floor.
When they went to their room and tried to take a shower, they found that the bathtub would not drain at all. They then went to the front desk to request a room change, but the receptionist told them the hotel was fully booked and no rooms were available. Furthermore, since it was after 11 PM, she said she couldn’t do anything and would have to call a mechanic the next morning, which was pointless since they were staying for just one night and leaving the next morning.
When my parents told me about the situation, I searched for another available room at the same hotel and found available rooms. It was clear the receptionist had lied, and her attitude was rude and aggressive. She even threw the credit card on the table when handling the situation.
I cannot believe this situation and very disappointed experience.
