Great location for getting around the west side of town; walking distance to the University, across the street from the Chena River. Borrow a canoe in the summer to take a float downstream! With multiple options for rental, we are able to accommodate families or larger groups for reunions, weddings or just vacationing. Each apartment comes with free wireless and cable TV, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and queen or king sized beds. Kitchens are fully stocked with cookware.

We came up to Fairbanks to visit family for he Labor Day weekend. Great, quiet place with plenty of room to stay with our two dogs. Definitely would stay here again.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Bad odor
3 bedroom suite- one not a bedroom but a walk thru room. 6 people staying but only 3 chairs to sit on. Bad odor in stairwell and drifted into 1st bedroom every night one door was opened. Not enough towels for six people
Great place to stay. Clean with the only smell is fresh air if you open the windows and relax. Internet was very good. For the price this is a good place.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
My friends and I stayed in the basement apartment. The location was perfect. Everything in the city is within a 5-10 minute drive. The check in/check out process was easy and flexible. The only thing lacking was cleanliness. The floors were still wet upon arrival so our dirty shoes made the floor dirtier. The queen beds' sheets were dusty and had loose dirt on them. When we lay down on the beds, we felt dirt on top of the sheets. We removed the sheets to dust them off.
Family of five adults stayed in the basement apartment for a week. The three bedrooms had windows allowed plenty of light during the day. The kitchen is large and had all the features we needed to cook meals for our group. The grounds were well-kept with beautiful landscaping. The host was very friendly. We would stay here again.
The perk to this place is that you can have your dogs. We had a basement apartment. for two days over the 4th of July, The Staff was awesome. The apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen all you had to do was bring your food. They even have an outdoor charcoal grill/ smoker. I give this place a 5 star rating
My GF and I came and stayed in the 2 BR daylight basement appt with full kitchen. Which there is a 3rd small room with a twin bed and trundle bed underneath. We were there with our Cardigan Welsh Corgis for the Memorial Week-end Dog Shows at the Fairgrounds. The place is dated but clean and comfortable and quiet. I think my mattress in the room I stayed in was a bit old and saggy in places, and the bed spread could have been replaced with something newer and less worn. Plenty of outlets for charging phones etc, and nice to have free WiFi.
Leicha was very accommodating when we needed extra utensils etc. and the greenhouse was beautiful with all the flowers she had planted, which you walk through to get to where we stayed.
The only real inconvenience was having to enter and exit going through one of the bedrooms.
The location though was very convenient for us, being less than a 4 mile drive to get to the dog shows at the Fairgrounds.
This property is clean and affordable and exactly what we needed for our stay for thanksgiving. The first day, my sons dogs got spooked and was barking and the property owner was so nice to call and let us know so we could adjust our day accordingly. They have housekeeping daily which was wonderful and unexpected so that was great!!! Will stay again if it’s available when I return.

Our host was very gracious! We arrived at a late hour and she was able to accommodate us immediately
Our host was very gracious! We arrived at a late hour and she was able to accommodate us immediately. We had additional requests that were gladly taken care of. We were in town for my wife’s PHD defense. She needed to feel comfortable, safe, and have peace and quiet while she prepared. It was clean and comfortable. We even barbecued twice. I give 5 stars without hesitation! We come to Fairbanks often, and will definitely be staying here again. Thanks!!

great property, downstairs apartment great place for sleeping
The whole building looks nice and the outdoors area is nice. The owners are very responsive. The kitchen in the downstairs apartment that we stayed in was great. you could cook a great meal for three couples if you had that many....as for where to eat ....there is not space or places for six people to sit. I might suggest turning the middle room into more of a gathering place. It was nice to get back to Fairbanks and I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I am heading up north .
