Very clean and comfortable place to stay in Fairbanks. Great location. All the amenities you need plus coffee, snacks and with the washer and dryer the owner even provided laundry soap and fabric conditioner. Would highly recommend this great condo.

This is a great place for a larger party or family to stay. The provided hot drinks and snacks were a plus. Having a heated garage to park in for our winter stay was very convenient. The spacious kitchen was great for making meals with everything we needed.

Perfect house for a family getaway
The house was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect location. The owners got back to us quickly for any information we asked. They had an infant bed at the house ready for our little one. The house was spotless and even had some snacks and coffee available. I would recommend it to anyone asking.

Great Stay!
Nice quiet area, check in was easy and smooth. The garage was an added perk for when it was raining, which was every day at some point. We were in the last part of our Alaska trip and was a good place to relax and rest up for the last two days before we flew out of Anchorage. We had everything we needed in the house.

Great stay in Fairbanks
I stayed at the property in January as a chaperone for a group of swimmers. The location was close to the pool and space was perfect. The kitchen was great for feeding hungry athletes and the garage was perfect for simply jumping in the car in the mornings (no windshield scraping!). We would definitely stay again!
