Guests can reach us via the messaging app at any time. Please allow at least 1-2 hour response time during the work week due to job restrictions and availability limitations. If messages are late at night please allow us time to see your message upon waking up in the morning.
The home is located up a dirt road and across a trailer park on the left-hand-side. The entrance to the house is on the right. There is another apartment unit in the basement. Please rech out if you would aslo like to book this space.
AWD or 4WD are highly recommended in Alaskan winter months
This property is accessed through its own priavate entrance and is securely partitioned from the basement apartment by a deadbolt door leading to the shared laundry room in the garage. While both units utilize the laundry space, rest assured, each entrance is independently lockable, ensuring your safety and privacy.

Please know that in accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease agreement; an increased management fee of $230 for the first 59 nights (which goes towards supplement insurance), and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights; and a completed background check through Safely to completely validate your reservations over 30 nights.

Quiet Hours are from 8 pm to 9 am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violates Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Unauthorized Pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $100-$300
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.
We use third-party guest screening: We use a third-party company for guest verification. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
