The second bedroom offers a tri-level bunk bed with a single bed on each level, while the third bedroom features a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top.
Downstairs, there is an additional living area, complete with a large library and games for entertainment. This level also includes two more bedrooms, the laundry room, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are 2 wood burning stoves located in the home. Since these are high-efficiency stoves, they are not like a standard fireplace, and can easily be damaged or cause damage to the home. Due to this reason, we ask you to please not use these stoves. They are for emergency use only. Thank you.

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking in the house or in an area where it can drift inside: $250-$500
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100-$250
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
