"Super responsive host, pool is heated, and there is a jacuzzi! Inside, there is a game room with vintage consoles (we kept the doors shut as our 3.5 yr old was interested, but didn't have appropriate skills). The bunk bed room has SO MANY TOYS! Definitely kept little guy interested and provided fun interactions for this great aunt. Beds are comfortable and the 2.5 bathrooms work well with 4 people. Oh, and there are outdoor toys! Nice welcome with snacks and any questions are answered quickly....

The location was very private yet accessible to everything. We did so much in Las Cruces: pickleball, golf, 3 national parks, hiking, biking and great restaurants. "

Wish we would have more time to utilize the game room and the fire table. Host was accessable and we were able to arrange a late checkout as our flights left later in the day. Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Would definitely reccomend. "
