- **Basement:** 2 large bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a cozy living room with a big-screen TV, and a fully-equipped fitness room.
- **Main Floor:** 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen.
