"Excellent property and owner. Communication to get in to property etc clear and in good time. Apartment super clean, modern, excellent decor and well stocked. We cooked all our one week stay and had all we needed. The dishwasher and washing machine added luxuries. Ate most days on the balcony in December. "Great communication from the owner. Missing a few conveniences that would have been a nice touch (coffee pods, extra toilet paper, soap etc). Other than that the location was perfect. Right above a cool bar that wasn’t noisy at all. Slept with an open window and the sounds of the ocean waves. "

Very spacious apartment and responsive host Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable…. "

"This is the upper part of the house, Bettina and her family is super nice and friendly, the accommodation is clean and spacious, have a good vibe. Location: nature is just amazing there, one can make a good hike. The center of Sao Vicente is quite far 60 minutes by walk and the road is quite steep. The closest shop is approximately 30 minutes walk. We needed to work there and had issues with the internet connection (it was poor or non-existent), but the family was really friendly and helpful."

"The apartment wasn't as described - it was better! The location was perfect - out of the city, but close enough to get there quick. A large balcony and view to die for, Plus another large balcony and views from the kitchen. It was the most well equipped place I had stayed in ever, complete with a clothesline and pegs to hang washing for longer stays.The apartment was huge and comfortably slept all 3 of my teenage children. I would definitley recommend."
