"Vast improvement on last time I stayed there. Waiting and bar staff could do with training in customer service. Plenty of patrons had to ask for their food orders to be taken. I had to ask three times to xheck on tge status of our order. We cancelled dessert as it was over twenty minutes. "

"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."

"Lovely stay, receptionist on Friday night was fantastic, he helped us out when there were issues with the electric in our room. (Because of the storm) Very comfy room but was a little noisy"

"Another lovely stay at the Inn on the Coast. Enjoyed a large sized front facing room with a view as a special treat for 2 nights over New Year. Room condition was definitely tired, particularly the bathroom & shower area which were in need of immediate care & attention. Dined in the restaurant and food was super, both dinner and at breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive but was clear that they were short staffed and very stretched whilst trying to do their best. Hope the hotel...

"The hotel was absolutely spotless throughout. My room was comfortable and had all required facilities however It was noisy from outside traffic. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "
