Though the location is a bit further from downtown Tarifa than other hotels, we enjoyed the variety of the breakfast, easy parking, accommodating and friendly staff (especially the receptionist who checked us in, Betty), and resort/tropical vibes the property has. "I fully understand that the star ratings are very contradictory. Please let me explain: I've stayed in this hotel approx 15 times and everything is great. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant. I am independently taking this matter up with Expedia as I repeatedly tried to get some advice and support, but got nowhere so I shouldn't comment on this here. My first 2 nights were as always - great. Lovely facities, very clean, great staff, nice...
