"I stayed here because it was a castle. However, the castle has been converted into apartments so you cannot visit the interior of the castle and the B & B feels like anywhere else. So, you don’t really get a “castle” experience. The area is fairly empty so there is nothing but the autostradle close by. "Great little stopover hotel just off the A1 motorway. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant is particularly good offering local cuisine at affordable prices. Very busy with families so booking is essential. "

"No hairdryer, no fresh towels or cleaning service every day. And you have to pay 25euro for cleaning afterwards. Beautiful place, but value for money is questionable."

"Stunning property with stunning views. The room was exceptional…large comfortable beds. But the views! The restaurant downstairs was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and I once lived in Italy for 11 years. The Ragu was best ever. The hosts and staff were friendly and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful"
