"This is hotel is in a rebuilt castle high above the town of Tortosa, with incredible vistas, but its a short walk to the town center. Rooms have a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and professional. I liked its bar and restaurant, which offers many regional food and drink specialties. I highly recommend the whole package. "

"We had a garden suite, with a terrace overlooking rhe vineyards. The suite was very large and quite comfortable, beautiful design throughout the room and the entire hotel. The outdoor pool was long and gorgeous, but not heated and therefore not usable in mid November with high temperatues in the upper 50s F. "The Hostel is in the middle of nowhere and seems to be in the centre of a massive quarry. The room was okay apart from the toilet not fixed down the shower head was loose so it sprayed water over the shower cubicle, the tap in the sink was loose. and the noise from the other guests late at night was terrible, this part was not the hotels fault. on my last night the Restaurant wasn't open with no food for at least 40klm. Not the best experience. "

"The room was freezing, there was no phone in the room to contact reception and the night receptionist did not know a word of English. The only restaurant in the hotel, which was also the only restaurant in that area, started serving at 8:00 p.m. and served only two soups and three rustic dishes, none of which could be eaten. It didn't even have a menu to choose from, and it was immediately filled with drunken men. It was like a nightmare for a family with children."
