"Great hotel in close proximity to the airport! I needed to check-in earlier and had been travelling for almost 24 hours - the reception team had a room made ready earlier and also made me breakfast after serving time. So grateful for how they accommodated me after travelling for so long. Highly recommend - the room was spacious and clean. Thank you so much for a great stay! :)"

"Golden should be manly about it and give back at least two stars. It is a 3 stars property. Dirty. Filthy dirty. The employees have no manners to the point that to make them stop i threatened to call the police at 1:00 am. This place should be closed for a health inspection, demoted by the Tourism Ministry and delisted from Expedia. "

"When I arrived at the place, I realized that the picture posted here is the entrance of the small mall. I walked in and found no sign for the "Aparthotel Zitouna". I had to ask one guy at the bakery to learn that the lady at the grocery store across the hallway was in charge of the hotel. After I showed her my reservation, she told me that she is not doing business with Orbitz anymore and it was not accepted. If so, why is this hotel still listed here?"

"El triplex es una casa preciosa en medio de uno de los barrios más agradables que vimos. Sidi Bou Saïd ofrece todo lo que necesitas tanto de día como de noche. Las habitaciones estaban totalmente equipadas, con baño y ducha, y muy cómodas. Todo fue fácil desde el principio, repetiríamos sin dudarlo :) "
