The Space:
Ezy House 2 is located in the small town of Ézy-sur-Eure, Eure department in the Normandy region in northern France, just 80km away from the centre of Paris. Nearby, you'll discover captivating attractions such as Chateau d'Anet and the scenic Parc Naturel Régional du Vexin Français (French Vexin Regional Natural Park), along with dining options like Les Etoiles de Chine and Le BLACK BIRD.
If you're up for a scenic drive, Versailles awaits just 54 minutes away. Take a moment to explore the majestic Château de Versailles, an epitome of grandeur and historical significance. Uncover the tranquil allure of Le Grand Trianon, conceived as King Louis XIV's private retreat, and wander through the idyllic landscapes of Hameau de la Reine, known affectionately as the Queen's Hamlet.
The tiny house is located between two stunning lakes where you can enjoy water sports - activity run by the host - and reconnect with nature. A comfortable stay of approx 159 square feet with easy access to split air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the five lakes, a wakeboarding 2.0 cable, a clubhouse, locker rooms with showers, a game room, a gym, a food kiosk, and more.

- We also offer other menu options such as chicken skewers marinated in Lebanese sauce, BBQ with merguez, chipolatas fries and salad, cheeseburger fries, and salad

- Ringo rides are at an extra cost of 20 euros per person
- Waterskiing is at an extra cost of 45 euros for beginners
- Wakeboarding is at an extra cost of 45 euros for beginners
- We also bought 3 bikes to rent for 20 euros per day for the tiny house guests

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
