"Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there"

"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains. Later in the evening we were stunned from disgust and horror when we discovered multiple worms in the bathroom in the evening. The worms were alive and crawling on the floor, which would make...

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

"My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer."

"Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good. At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded. "The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. "The room was not upgraded, smelly and not very clean. The people working not friendly and not helpful. The restaurant was ok but the bugs were flying over the food. Inadequate sanitation, so a relative got sick. In other words i would never go to this hotel again. "
