"Front deck had thick sheet of ice on it. My girlfriend fell down 5 stairs as a result of this. Couldn't get in the property because the lock wasn't working. Couldn't sleep in downstairs bedroom because it was freezing because propane ran out. Spoke to property manager Candice "

"Not maintained well there was no water pressure in first floor bathroom. Chinaware is very limited. Cookware is very low quality non stick coating is coming off on most of them ..ladles are old and nothing is in steel ! Bedding is so low quality not even cotton. I wouldn’t recommend paying such high charge for this kind of quality "
