"the guy at reception let us drop our bags earlier and we went back a couple of hours later and checked in, not the friendliest but ok, we could use the hot water in the coffee machine to cups of tea but we didn’t want breakfast as we ate out every day. Beds were comfy, shower was good, only issue I’d say is turn your heating down a bit in the breakfast area, it’s far too hot, you are eco friendly with the signs saying save water etc but then the heating is way higher than it needs to be. Loved...

"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...

"We arrived late at night and the electricity was off due to works going on over-night. Besides that, everything was fine and the price was good. There is paid parking across the street from the hotel."

"Hôtel proche de la gare et d’un centre commercial. Quartier avec beaucoup de bureaux donc assez calme. Chambre propre mais quelques endroits avec de la poussière. Traces de moisissures dans la douche. Personnel très aimable et réactif."

"We had an amazing stay at Rocky Pop Grenoble. We found the room clean, modern with neccessary ammeties, good room temperature and the staff delivered an excellent service. We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people....

"Stay here was four nights. This hotel is kept meticulously clean, the staff are all very polite and pleasant and always helpful as we know little french, large car park pleasant breakfast and good tasting coffee, for a hotel prices were very reasonable, we would certainly recommend and would like to stay here again "
