"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms . "

"This was an amazing villa in a stunning elevated location overlooking the beach in Epidauros. The villa is spacious with a large open plan living area and large balconies on two levels at the front. There are three air conditioned bedrooms, two en suite and one with a bathroom next door to it. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa, it had something for all ages. We enjoyed walking to the local beach and bathing/playing in the crystal clear waters. The teenagers enjoyed snorkelling at the sunken city nearby and playing basketball/football near Epidavros harbour in the evenings. "The house suited us very well. The pool was great at all times of the day including at night as it's illuminated. The covered veranda was perfect for table tennis and mealtimes. "Het appartement is ruim, schoon en compleet. Het heeft aan al onze verwachtingen voldaan. Dimitris heeft ons gastvrij ontvangen en was behulpzaam. Een uitstekende gastheer! De ligging is gunstig. Niet in de drukte van de stad, maar met de auto ben je zo in het centrum van Nafplion. Er is voldoende parkeerplaats voor de deur van het appartement een bakker en een supermarkt op loopafstand. Wij hebben er 6 geweldige dagen gehad! Absoluut een aanrader!"
