"This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! "We really enjoyed the house and the property however there were a few things that I don't like about how the property is advertised. This was a beutiful three bedroom 1.5 bath house in the outskirts of Petalidi. Only minor inconvenience we had during our stay is that the kitchen has a lot of ants and we had to store our food either in the fridge or containers otherwise ants would gain access to it. "Villa is in a lovely location above Stoupa. It is a 10 minute walk down to Central stupa with its restaurants and bars, but you hear nothing in Villa The pool is lovely with a shallow area and a deeper section 1.6m. It was really good for family messing about. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, which works well and the upstairs balcony is lovely, very cool in the mornings. "Six of us stayed in this house.The eleven year old enjoyed the visiting felines who politely waited to be fed. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the fourth downstairs adequate. Spectacular view although somewhat nerve racking for some of us to get to our destination.
