"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing.
