The surprisingly quiet central location is just a couple of minutes walk to the town & a few minutes easy walk to Exmouth beach & Exe estuary. Sunnydeck apartment has a lovely decked area where you can relax and catch the sunshine. The large double bedroom has a king size bed with high quality mattress, plenty of storage space & flat screen digital TV. The comfy lounge has 2 & 3 seat settee, electric fire, smart TV, HomeHub Docking Station with Bluetooth. Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer & dishwasher. The shower room has shower cubical with electric shower, basin & toilet. Separate dining area with extending table. The apartment has central heating, fully controllable by the visitor. Linen & towels provided. Gas, heating, electric and Wi-Fi internet included. We loved this flat. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. Blocks from the train station and city center. Very easy access and a parking spot. We explored Devon and Cornwall and this was a great home base. I would definitely stay here again!

Short ‘chill out’ break

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and some unexpected goodies when we arrived which was a nice touch. Everything there, we liked the town. Went to the museum and talked to some knowledgeable people and gave us lots of interesting information.

Fantastic stay at sunnydeck
Had an absolutely wonderful stay at sunnydeck exmouth. The flat was beautifully clean throughout and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday, they really have thought of everything. Everything we needed was in walking distance from the beach to shops and restaurants, sunnydeck is in a great location.we Will definitely be booking another holiday here soon.

Perfect Base for Couples
Clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach, yet very peaceful - excellent location. Trip to Topsham by ferry and return by train well worth the money - book at the marina. Apartment ideal for couples, whatever your plans - beach, fishing trips, cycling, walking or live music at the Famous Old Barrel! We loved it.

Everything we hoped for and much more!
Sunnydeck is just as we had hoped for and without a doubt one of the best holiday homes we have ever rented. The position is so close to town and beach, yet so quiet. The flat has THE most comfy bed and is totally relaxing. Everything is spotless and fresh. Thank you for a lovely holiday Lindsay and Stuart. We will be back soon. Highly recommend.

We had a great time down in exmouth, the apt was lovely ,immaculate and clean. Its also very close to everything you could need. The customer service was above and beyond what anyone could ever expect, the owners could not do enough and were very friendly as well. The whole place had a great atmosphere and the prices for dining out were also fair. The whole experience in general was great and we have been recommending the apartments to anyone that will listen !!!

Central Location
The flat was in a central location to both town and promenade. The flat was beautifully clean and facilities were exactly as listed. Lyndsey was a pleasure to deal with, and went out of her way to be helpful. The welcome pack provided on arrival was a nice gesture, and much appreciated. Exmouth is central to so many other places, such as Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth which is beautiful, Seaton, Dawlish etc. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within the resort. Manor Park hosts the town band on a Monday Evening which is wonderful. All in all a most enjoyable holiday.

Peaceful holiday retreat
My daughter and I stayed at Sunnydeck for one week and had a very relaxing holiday. The accommodation is excellent; Lindsey and Stuart have thought of everything that you could ever need plus a few more! Sunnydeck is in the centre of the town so a car is not an essential requirement as Exmouth has very good public transport links to Exeter and beyond. The Co-op and Tesco Express were adequate for our requirements. The parking space at Sunnydeck is a little tight if you have a large car but this is a minor point. We thoroughly recommend Sunnydeck and certainly hope to return before too long, despite the somewhat confusing re-cycling arrangements!

Exmouth instead of Egypt
This property was ideal for our requirements being very close to all town amenities and public transport which enabled us to do lots of linear walks without using the car. We particulary enjoyed the new Exe Estuary Trail. We booked at the last minute because our holiday to Egypt was cancelled and we filled every day in spite of some poor weather but being February the good days were a bonus. The flat was thoughtfully equipped and lots of local linformation was provided although we conclude that Somerfields is now the Co-Op! The flat was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the inclusive heating. The recycling taxed our brains somewhat, we hope we got it right! We only ate out once and chose the Powder Monkey which unfortunately was disappointing. Car access was complicated but the directions to the flat worked well. We would definitely recommend Sunny Deck to friends and family. Lindsey was very helpful at all times.

Excellent apartment!
Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable and in a great location for town, the beach and the estuary. Very well equipped. An ideal holiday apartment for a couple. The parking space was an added bonus, although Exmouth has excellent public transport options and buses and trains are just a few minutes walk away. Good pubs and restaurants nearby (especially the Bicton Inn and Rockfish). We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

Everything was supplied that you can think, of including many extras, (lovely cream tea). The whole place was totally spotless, with a very comfortable bed. Such a lovely flat and perfect location
I stayed at sunnydeck while on placement at Exmouth Hospital. The flat was perfect, had everything I could have possibly needed and more! Had such a warm welcome and everything was clean and in excellent condition. Location was great with only short walk to beach and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend !

Beautiful romantic getaway , comfortable is the perfect word for this place everything you need
Sunnydeck is a perfect romantic getaway, 5 min walk from the town and a 10 min stroll to the beach , everything you need for a perfect chilled getaway the comfortable king size bed the soft fluffy towels that await you are just a couple of things that make sunnydeck perfect ,.sidmouth , seaton and dawlish are a nice drive out , if you want to leave the car , you can get a bus to Exeter's city centre in 45mins and cost less than £6 , per adult . The quayside and cathedral are a must .

Lovely , cosy and clean apartment with every possible extra you could ask for ...a real home from home and the scones, jam and clotted cream were a real treat ! We had a lovely time in this very comfy relaxing apartment. The parking was a bonus and we walked everywhere as everything is so close. Lovely beach and estuary so close with plenty to watch. Thank you for the cream tea when we arrived, most welcoming. We would recommend staying here definitely!

Perfect holiday accommodation
A very clean apartment with everything you could ever need. Although the flat was once part of a ?Victorian terraced house, there is nothing much left from that era: new fitted kitchen, new bathroom with shower cubicle and new windows throughout. The location is superb, very close to shops, sandy beach, railway station, parks, restaurants and bars! and with its own parking space. The owners were brilliant, replying almost instantly to emails and texts, giving you complete confidence in their commitment to giving you the best possible break.
