Pleasant, clean and tidy
A convenient location, good amount of space for up to two couples and a few kids. Handy facility with the outdoor bbq area, pool, and outdoor shower & toilet. Very simple check-in / check-out process.

Enjoyed our stay here.
Really loved our 4 nights here. Very convenient location, spacious and clean. Could have been a bit more welcoming with some coffee, tea and milk and maybe more than one toilet roll!

Unit is a fantastic location and perfectly set up for a family holiday to enjoy all Exmouth town, Cape Range National park and Ningaloo reef have to offer. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Exmouth break
This unit was located in a good central place. The accomodation was roomy for two teenagers. We only used two rooms as other family members were not able to join us. Recommend to holidayers of all ages as complex also has a well maintained pool.

Unit was not as clean as I expected. Had no dryer even though the add stated one. Saw cockroaches crawling in the kitchen and facilities were old and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom had mould and the tiles in the shower were slippery.

Good spot, few small issues
Overall the property was nice. However the ad states three bedrooms, 1 “bedroom” is an open upstairs loft which was extremely hot and had no aircon. The main AC down stairs didn’t cool this upstairs area which made sleeping difficult. 1 bathroom is actually outside. The indoor shower has two shower heads however only one worked and the other dripped constantly. There was mould in the shower. Ad states kids dinnerware but there was only plastic cups. The convection oven was difficult to use and the microwave function didn’t work and would cut out after 10 seconds. Couldn’t make a bag of popcorn. Could be operator error as we were all unfamiliar with this style of appliance. Convenient location, plenty of parking, quiet area.

Good house with plenty of space, just some weird smells
The house was good, beds aren’t very comfy and the bathroom smells no matter how many times we cleaned it. Useful outdoor toilet and shower for coming back from the beach. Plenty of parking for cars with trailers. Would definitely stay here again

Clean property in convenient location. Had read previous reviews so was aware that there were no bare essentials in the pantry like oil, salt/pepper etc. We had no issues, easy check in and check out.

Value for Money
The location was close to the shops and walking distance to a pub. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and practical. Airconditioning was good, smart tv was appreciated by our sons and the outdoor bathroom was handy. The pool area was well maintained with a nice pool. We would go back there another time.

Had a great time up in Exmouth Accomodation was great! Very clean and spacious. Has a washing machine however rinse cycle didnt work. The clothes dried regardless as Exmouth weather is very hot. Perfect location. Able to walk into town. Easy check-in. Would stay again.

Good, but a few updates required
Great, but microwave didn't work, tried contacting but no response, chopping boards needs replacing, BBQ dirty a few basics would be a nice touch for guests like a few tea bags, sachets of coffee and a little milk maybe would be our suggestion. We did enjoy our stay overall, thank you.

Great location Property is pretty old and tired , suitable for 4 adults. Mezzanine qs bed too hot to sleep up there Disappointed with 2 x bathroom. Shower and toilet outside!!! 4 wine glasses, but not a match. Bbq good Host was quick to help out with any questions

Not what we expected.
One of the bathrooms is outside and has no exhaust fan so would be extremely hot in the hotter months as it was hot in June. One of the taps kept falling off in the main bathroom. The noise from the traffic was really bad. We didn't realise it was on the main road. The beds were very hard. The window in the main bedroom had black plastic on the outside so it made a noise when the wind blew (which was most of the time) and the palm outside kept scraping on the roof.

The property was in a good location and reasonably quiet apart from one night when the bar across the street had some sort of "event" where appallingly loud music pounded into our head relentlessly until midnight. I was surprised at how poorly equipped it was, did not have anywhere near the amenities we are used to having at all the other places we've stayed at; and we travel a lot. There wasn't even so much as a teabag or instant coffee sachet, there was no salt, no sugar, no paper towel, only one toilet roll, no laundry detergent, no little portions of UHT milk, no cling wrap and the minimally supplied kitchen had no intact plastic containers--2 had no lid and the 3rd which was too big for most uses had a melted poorly fitting lid. There was only one extra rubbish bag and no face cloths, not a drop of any soap, shower gel or any other bathroom amenity! Thankfully the washing machine worked well or we wouldn't have had enough towels for our stay. We had to buy absolutely everything for the unit and I was quite shocked by that, nothing like what we are used to and I think quite inhospitable. I would not stay here again.
