The Front desk staff were fantastic. They were all very outgoing and super friendly. The 2 bedroom beachfront bungalows were fine but we preferred the layout of the 2 bedroom oceanview apartments. However, these are directly over the pool and the view is more pool view than true oceanfront. This hotel is nice but not a five star property. 4 star would be more appropriate. The restaurant and staff were subpar. Wait staff just seemed annoyed they actually had to work. The attitude and professionalism is not something you would expect at a 2 star resort let alone a 4 star resort. An example would be our breakfast experience. During breakfast we asked to replace the grilled tomatoes with another side of lesser value due to allergies but we were told no changes could be made. This is not something you would encounter at any “luxury” resort or a higher end restaurant. Also, non of us could eat the eggs as they were not fully cooked, some of the toast was so burnt it was not fit for human consumption. The staff never asked how the meal was or why none of us ate the eggs, etc. We also had lunch on site. The burgers and lunch items were very good. Dinner on the other hand was inedible. 7 meals and 6 of us could not eat the food. The kids chicken fingers and fries were a hit. I would research other properties before booking here again.

Had a wonderful relaxing safe and clean visit. Beautiful everything. Very much enjoyed the amenities, including the swimming pool.

This is resort is a lovely place to stay. A bit out of town but it had everything you need. Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge. The kitchen was great. We aslo went to the restaurant where the food was great and the prices reasonable.

Amazing beach views from our bungalow, restaurant was top notch but pricey, but absolutely worth it! Staff were so wonderful and friendly throughout the stay. Only downfall was the hot water in the room, it quiet often would go cold then too hot, otherwise amazing, 5 stars!

This is a perfect location for a relaxed stay, enjoying the pool or direct access to the beach. The restaurant had a great atmosphere (especially sitting ourtside) and delicious food. All the tours you want to do will offfer a pick-up service at this hotel. Only 30 min driving distance to the airport Learmonth. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Great location on the beach with lovely views of the water and pool. The courtesy bus during the day was great but would have liked it to run in the evenings also. Would definitely stay there again.
