On the first floor is a twin room with fitted wardrobe; master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, super-king bed which can be made up as two singles if required; single room; family shower room.
To the front of the property is a driveway which can accommodate 1 or 2 cars – although the property is close to train and bus links and a car is not essential.
Exmouth is a thriving seaside town with a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, a stunning marina and two miles of golden sandy beach. It is at the start of the Jurassic Coast (World Heritage Site) and also on the East Devon Way (coastal footpath). There is a cycle track from Exmouth along the Exe estuary, through Lympstone and Topsham, to Exeter and down the west bank of the river to Dawlish. Exmouth has a frequent train service to Exeter and beyond – this train ride affords stunning river views. There are also plenty of bus services and so a car is not essential. Please Note – The entrance to the house is via 11 external steps. The rear garden is accessed by two steps down. This property does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer, but there is a laundrette nearby.
