"The room was spacious and newly decorated, with a very comfy bed, and all spotless. Staff were very friendly and helfpul. The pool and sauna were a great bonus (note that the saunas are in the changing rooms, one for women and one for men). "

"Staff members were so polite, helpful and friendly. Great check in, the Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean, warm and welcoming. Bar staff were very polite and if not serving were cleaning and keeping it ship shape, food was excellent very high standard and quality. Room was cosy and comfortable and spotless. Breakfast service was excellent and again food was high standard. For a business stay it was fantastic, highly recommend. I will definitely go back to the Park for longer stay as a holiday. "Met my expectations and great for the morning ! "

"The room was fantastic. But could do with a few bits of maintenance. (Towel holders could do with being reattached. That sort of thing). Lovely old building, but the room was lovely and modern, with great features. Nice grounds and great views. Nice swimming pool. But the changing room was really cold. Pumping cold air in there wasn’t ideal. The only part that let it down was breakfast. We were greeted by a lady who looked like she didn’t want to be at work. She took us to a table set for 2. We were a party of 2 adults and a child. Then seemed put out that she had to do another setting. 2 of the party are gluten free and the woman was told this. The toast came out fine, but the breakfast came out with sausages containing gluten. We were asked how we would like our eggs. We asked for hard yolks or flipped. They came out runny. One of the younger girls came and took the breakfast away, removed the sausage but the eggs had only been “flipped” on the plate and not cooked any more. Eggs not cooked right isn’t too bad but to give someone something that that allergic too is poor. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. The 2 younger staff members seemed much more helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again but would give breakfast a miss. "

"This was our second stay at the property. We received a warm welcome as usual and checked into our spacious family room. The hotel is clean but a little tired in places. We're happy to see that they are undertaking a refurbishment and look forward to seeing the results next year. The location is outstanding; a short walk from the beach and high street. The pool, hot tub and sauna are a fantastic bonus. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of it. We love our stays here and the character of an older property."

"Brilliant stay and local to town and owner really attentive"

"The perfect bolthole I wanted to a few days away before Christmas. Somewhere wild and windy. Exmoor delivers in bucket loads. And I wanted somewhere cosy and comfortable to stay, which did good food. The Exmoor White Horse Inn was the perfect place. Attractively situated beside the pretty River Exe, my walks could start from the front door. A cosy, comfortable room. Great food. And the warmest of welcomes - each time I returned from another windblown walk. The perfect weekend bolthole. Will definitely be back."
