"An overnighter in Exeter to see a music concert, the room was very tidy and clean and the bed comfortable. I was given an opportunity to preorder wine, champagne or beer for the room, I requested wine, weird I thought the system didn't ask whether I wanted red, white or rose and upon arrival there was no record of the request and then the price came into question, the pre booking was £20 yet initially I was quoted £25, to Mercures credit they instantly changed the price to £20 and delivered the...
