"A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!"

"I planned an escape for my girlfriend and I away from the bustle of our work for Valentine’s Day. A lovely drive north brought us to the coziest of suites, complete with fireplace, water views and a tasty apple crumb loaf to start our stay. The place was immaculate; everything accommodating to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We were not only able to enjoy Portsmouth, just a short drive away, but returned each night to a relaxing room, lighting a fire and letting out stresses dissolve....

"We loved our stay at the Champaine House! The space was welcoming with stunning views front and behind of the marsh. We were very comfortable sleeping 6 - 8 and the main level was great for hanging, cooking, and people watching. Hope to be back again! "

"My husband and I stay here and we had our 2 dogs with us too. The house was cozy, clean, and a fenced in backyard was perfect. It is local to anywhere in Portsmouth you want to go too. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We had a fantastic time and the house was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again. And the owner was very quick to respond to any question I had and was so helpful. Shout out to Chris!!"

"Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were there in the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. The house was great as a launch point between Boston and the mountains.The house is literally on the lake. Water touches the lake side of the house. When we were there, the lake was frozen and beautiful.The house was well stocked and perfectly ready for us. There's plenty of parking. It's an older house, so the ceilings can be low and the floors are sometimes uneven. But the main room is...

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!"

"This is a charming 400-year-old farmhouse that has been well-loved and is perfect for hosting large get togethers. While it has been updated over the years, most of the original layout remains intact.
