"Amber cottage was for me was what you see is what you get . Photos did justice to the accomodation if not more . Easy entry and departure . A great house suitable for young , teenagers or older … We couldn’t get the main air con to cool the house ."

"Beautifully appointed cottage with a pretty garden that has a stream at the bottom of it. Fully fenced and secure for dogs. Centrally located in the heart of Berrima and close to restaurants, local pub and shops all within walking distance. My friend and I and our two little dogs had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it. "

"We had a large group of friends staying at Iona Park for a reunion and we were all absolutely blown away. From the moment you arrive, the facilities are jaw dropping. Both the inside, especially the pool room and library, and outside (double tennis court!) were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough!"

"While the interior of the house was really good, the exterior was completely the opposite. The lawn was unmown and knee high so the children couldn't use the lawn or the play areas. The trampoline had no base so unusable, and the swing set was in poor repair as well.I hate to give negative reviews but I have to say it as it was. The exterior cobwebs on the windows made it obvious that no-one was taking care in the presentation of the property. Sad as it's a great house....just mow the lawn!"

"Beautiful period furnishings and touches. Lovely gas heater and central heating. Noisy road and railway. Disappointed the extra shower and toilet were outside, under cover way but very cold going out at night. Saucepans/frypans were falling apart and scratched. No gas stove lighter or matches. Can't read which gas jet belongs to which control. Instruction manual for appliances unhelpful. Not enough medium or tall glasses. Fridge crisper very hard to open. Upstairs queen beds noisy to sleep on....

"The place was spotless clean and had been thoughtfully prepared for our visit. The off street and undercover parking was a must for our group as we had motorcycles we didn't want on the street. Walking distance "
