It also serves as an enchanting venue for gatherings of up to 100 people, making it a versatile destination for your events and celebrations.

Nestled just one block from downtown, you'll find yourself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of this charming town. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole home, fenced backyard, small parking lot and street parking. There are fresh linens and towels, a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV, or use a provided Netflix account.  There is NO garage access.  *All parties, celebrations, and get-togethers must be approved by hosts before booking (event rules and fees apply).

This picturesque neighborhood exudes small-town charm and a warm sense of community. Lined with tree-shaded streets and well-maintained homes and businesses, it offers a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. With easy access to downtown's eateries, shops, and events, this neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation, making it a sought-after destination in Central California.  Located just 30 minutes from the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park, a multitude of wedding venues, and just one hour to Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

Getting Around:

We suggest using your own vehicle, though this is a walkable neighborhood and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the home. Uber and Lyft are typically available during normal business hours. The Sequoia Shuttle runs to the Sequoia National Park seasonally.

House Rules

1. Communication is key!  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 11am.  Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

2.  Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.

3. No unauthorized parties! Please treat The Clover House as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removing smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000+ party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.  If you're hosting an event, it must be approved by Guest Equity and paid for upon booking.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, outdoor dining area) games, and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
