About this space
Enjoy a relaxing city break in this stylish detached house situated in a quiet close. You and your friends/ family will be close to everything, You can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes, the main campus of the University in 12 minutes making this a perfect property for anyone who wants to explore Exeter, or if you are visiting friends/family.
The space
An impressive three bedroom detached property. The property includes two double bedrooms and a third with two single beds. Each bedroom is both spacious and has lots of storage. The property has a full size fridge and freezer, as well as all the usual kitchen appliances. The sofas are comfortable and there is enough room for all the family to relax and watch a film together. There is two bathrooms, one being an en suite and the other being the main family bathroom.
Guest access
The home is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.
Other things to note
We strive to provide as much information as possible to ensure our listing is accurate. Please make sure you read the listing thoroughly before booking. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs.
Please note there is no linen or duvets provided for the sofa bed.
We have an Ikea High chair and a Baby Way travel cot suitable for up to 15KG child.
The home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners.
Pass the Keys® provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
If the management team are called out to a resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, but you have unplugged the router.
Additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10pm
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Linen is not provided for the single fold-out bed, or the travel cot. If you wish to use these, please bring your own
- The log burner is not fully functional so please do not try to use it
- Please be careful to turn off the heating when you leave to help us manage bills and keep the home available to book at a reasonable rate
- Please report any maintenance issues immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible. However, we will have to make a £50 call out charge if we are called out for something that is user error (i.e. entering the Wifi code incorrectly and reporting a problem with connectivity.)
- Please check out on time at 10:00am. Our cleaners have very busy schedules and we will have to charge £50 for any late departures to cover their expenses for waiting
- There is a £100 charge for failure to leave the keys in the key safe on departure. This is because we will have to conduct an emergency lock change for safety reasons

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
