About this space
Perfectly located for the University, this home is situated on a quiet road in a set-back position and enjoys long-reaching parkland views. With newly decorated bedrooms, a stunning 'hidden' en-suite and bright and airy living spaces, the accommodation feels fresh and modern. A fully enclosed garden and driveway parking is a huge benefit for this part of the city. You can easily explore the nearby beaches or Teign valley and still nip back for some shopping and a nice meal down by the Quay.
The space
This home has steps up to the entrance and is set high up allowing you to take full advantage of the wide views. Once inside, there is a bright dining room to your left, the lounge to your right and the kitchen at the back. The garden is enclosed and includes a lawned area. The home has tasteful decor with plenty of plants, providing a modern and fresh feel. Upstairs the bedrooms have been finished with a sleek, yet minimal style and the soft furnishings are of high quality. There is a super king size bed in the master bedroom, and a floor to ceiling mirror that hides a beautiful en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom and a single room that has a desk, ideal for working from home. The family bathroom is also on this floor and has both a bath and shower.
Guest access
The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else. The garage at the front of the house is used to maintain the property and will be kept locked during your stay.
The holiday home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners.
Pass the Keys® provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.
If the management team are called out to resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, for example, if you cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, but you have unplugged the router.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
