Nice place, earthy neighborhood.
This little house was clean and well appointed with a huge securely fenced backyard In case someone is traveling with dogs. The lottery machines are an added touch and the air conditioner worked nicely. The neighborhood is very “common“ in a house a couple of doors down was playing some very loud “south of America” music Until 11:45 PM Neighborhood barking, dogs, and growing roosters added to the “ambience“. Overall still a good value and a rare place that allows dogs..

We bought a new coffee pot, the one there didn’t work. The washer and dryer doors need to be fixed. The shower is small. Your yard man just blows the dirt around. I would say a waste of time.

Perfect for our trip
We stayed at this property to visit family in the area for thanksgiving. We had to go to Porterville and Visalia so this location was perfectly located between the two. We traveled with our 14 month old daughter and our small dogs. It was convenient having a fenced in yard for the dogs to run around in. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. I would book here again in the future

Visiting Family
This rental was reasonable for the amenities offered and we may stay there again for that reason. However the kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking: 3 dull steak knives for food prep, pans were cheap but usable, no dishwasher, no dish rack for hand washing, no kitchen towels, no additional serving utensils or dish ware. If only takeout food is eaten, then no worries.An instruction sheet would be useful for entry/locking front entry, use of TV and other appliances, and exit instructions. Contact with property manager was good.
