Cooeyana Loft is large and spacious and brand new. It is architect-designed for your comfort, including kitchenette, breakfast bench, comfy lounge chairs, double glazing, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan, oil radiator, heated towel rail and heating in the bathroom, and super comfy queen size bed.
Huge picture windows look out to the tree tops, pastures and our large country garden. Rug up and relax with a cuppa and enjoy the views from the lounge, or enjoy a cool drink in the afternoon sun in your private outdoor patio area.
The perfect place from which to walk along English-style country lanes and explore the Village (8 minutes walk to the General Store Cafe) , drive and explore the area, attend a wedding or other special occasion, or just breathe in the fresh Highland air and pet our tame sheep, Moss.
Visiting for a wedding? We are excellently located for Montrose House (5 minutes drive), Peppers Manor House (7 minutes drive), Somerley House (7 minutes drive) Mali Brae Farm (20 minutes drive), and 25 minutes drive to Bowral and Berrima.
Completely private and separate from the house with your own keyed entrance and parking area. We respect your privacy but are on site if you need us.
There is a dedicated study/work area and books and games for your entertainment. Large smart TV with Netflix, Binge, Stan, Apple TV plus and private WIFI network.
The Loft has a kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge, toaster, jug, electric blender, crockery, cutlery, glasses, corkscrew, coffee plunger and tea pot. We supply olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, tea bags, herbal tea bags, leaf tea, instant coffee and ground coffee.
We supply breakfast items as follows: wholemeal bread for toast, Vegemite™, butter, MeadowLea™ or similar, marmalade (usually home-made), skim milk.
The bathroom is supplied with Blumme Organica hand & body wash and conditioning shampoo. Both are Paraben free.
Please note:
The Loft sleeps two adults. There is a double sofa bed available for a child over12 years old.
The Loft isn't suitable for younger children or adults with limited mobility as there are stairs.
Lastly, if being green is important to you, the Loft has excellent energy-saving credentials including double glazing, insulation, fully solar-powered electricity, composting, reducing plastic purchase and recycling.
