We spent 3 nights here and it was an excellent choice. It was our first trip with our baby and the flat was perfect; clean, quiet and spacious. It is around 20 minutes from Exeter City Centre and right in the country surrounded by trees with a stream flowing past. Highly recommended for anyone who wants more than a hotel room.

absolutely fabulous
The location of this property, its tranquillity and wildlife is simply stunning. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, with helpful advice on places to visit and pubs to eat at. There are actually even more amenities than mentioned in the description such as binoculars, a radio, baking utensils, torches, nightlights, toolkit(!) A lovely relaxing place for a holiday, we definitely hope to be back!

A gem in the beautiful Exe Valley
We stayed just 2 nights so we could go to a family wedding but would like to have stayed longer in this peaceful spot. The flat was spacious, charming and furnished to very high standard . Well equipped kitchen and bathroom and selection of books, games and DVDs. Great deck and outdoor eating area. My 15yr old declared the sofa bed to be very comfortable. The host, Charm made us feel very welcome . Well-stocked Spar at Silverton - 10/15 mins drive away has most things you need. Highly recommend the property.
