A lovely apartment with loads of space & light, the aspect is West, catching the evening sun. On the ground floor with a private entrance and a dedicated parking space within a private carpark.

The main room has a king sized bed, 2 very comfy lounge chairs, a 42" satellite TV and a dining table for 2. There is high speed unlimited internet access throughout. Bed linen and towels provided.

Off this there is a separate bathroom with a large walk in shower, with complimentary mini toiletries.

Make use of a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, and a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat!

This is a ground floor apartment with an external staircase outside the window which is used by other residents.

It was situated conveniently near to centre of Exeter. Communications with the apartment owner was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately there are flats above which are very noisy.

Well-appointed flat in an ideal location. It was warm and cosy, and having a parking space was really helpful, although the lovely Magdalen Road shops and the town centre are within easy walking distance.

This property is located in a very quiet part of Exeter, convenient to buses and grocery store. The bed was extremely comfortable and the flat was clean and appointed with basic necessities. Nice sitting area. Restful atmosphere. Good value for money. I would, however, liked to have had contact with the owners.
