"We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. "

"We were booked to go to OBX, but the snowstorm changed that...so plan B! Plan B was a fantastic choice...great place to chill out, drink wine, dance and relax by the bonfire! Hosts were very quick to respond to emails, the beds were comfy and the kitchen stocked! I'd love to come back (I live in Oregon) and bring my grandsons here this Summer! "

"Fantastic time in Heathsville. House was beautiful and comfortable. Cozy beds and linens. Spacious rooms, all with beautiful water views. Private bay beach was heaven, even with chilly temperatures. Hosts were easily reached and accommodating. We had a concern with the stove and the hosts had a handyman there tontake cate or it within 10 minutes of contacting them. Hope we have the opportunity to stybat this property again."

"Words can not describe the memories that were made at this beautiful home during the past week. The sunrises, sunsets, the conversations on the deck, the fun times on the water, having thanksgiving dinner in a beautiful dining room with incredible views, the list could go on. "We stayed for a long easter weekend getaway. It was a random pick on the map for a location choice. We had a great time with many memories made. Our kids (age range 16-21) loved the location and water front access. The crab pots and kayacks made available were a hit. Though we never caight a fish or crab, the ongoing tries never failed. From the moment we booked and arrived the host was easy to communicate with. The house and guest house were just as described. Every little touch was perfect....

Even though the large restaurant was closed there are 2 chefs that prepare wonderful meals! The srore/museum was ooen go meet the sweet manager! Thank you Chris for a wonderful family vacation!"
