The “Emergency” telephone, advertised in large font outside the entrance, was nothing but an automated answer phone. No use at all. After one hour we gave up and set off in search of an alternative. We have still (2 days later) received no apology and no reply to e-mails. In short, this place is a disgrace."

Though limited choices at that time were limited, there was still stuff out, and we were kindly welcomed in and not rushed out. Very much appreciated that. "We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls.
