"During check-in we were told by rude lady at reception that they dont have a room available for us (booked 2 months in advance and paid) and we have to share an apartment with another family for 2 days (we have a small kid and they have toddler). This is highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable, especially on 5 star hotel. After more than half hour of arguing they offered us a room for disabled persons without possibility of change. This was our 5th and also last stay in this hotel. Room...

"Had a lovely time here with my family. The hotel staff were great, facilities well maintained and clean. the housekeeping staff also did a great job daily cleaning our room. The latter made us very comfortable since we had a 9 month old who needed to crawl about. Wish the kids buffet had a few more options though… apart from that the food was lovely. "

"Half the hotel was closed and the water was not turned on for the pool slides. The staff are friendly but mostly only speak Turkish or German. All the signs etc are in German. It wasn't made clear that this hotel is mostly catering for its German guests only. Room was not cleaned during or stay there. But it is a nice place and very comfortable. If you speak German that is :( "
