Complete baby equipment. Bike room. You will be charmed by this house adjoining the owners' house, on a closed property. Gîte located in Evran, between St Malo and Rennes where beautiful walks await you on the Ille et Rance canal which crosses the town. Artificial beach of Betineuc at 1 km. Bécherel, city of books at 11 km. Dinan at 12 km. Zoo, castle, La Bourbansais shows at Pleugeuneuc at 8km. Mont Saint-Michel at 1h30, greenway at 3km, fishing nearby. - Customer reviews: Very welcoming, calm and very colorful little gîte, beautiful terrace with an unobstructed view of nature, the floral garden makes you dream and fully satisfies our happiness.

que du bonheur !!
logement refait à neuf et moderne, au calme avec vue sur la campagne. Situation entre terre et mer ! idéal rando en vélo et à pied à proximité du canal. Propriétaires cordiaux et discrets. Séjour de 2 semaines qui nous a semblé bien court !!
