"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. " Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant!
