What to Know Before You Book
• Adults only – guests must be 16+ to maintain the peaceful setting
• One well-behaved, crate-trained dog under 50 lbs is welcome,with prior approval.
To ensure a good fit, please message us before booking. All dogs must stay on leash at all times, remain off furniture, and not bark excessively. No exceptions.
• A short rental agreement may be required before arrival for everyone’s peace of mind

A Note About the Farm
While the Little Farmhouse is entirely private, you may see other guests on the property, fellow travelers visiting our RV sites, stopping by the farm store, or walking the grounds. Farm life is alive and well here, and if you enjoy a bit of community charm with your quiet, you’ll feel right at home.
