"Staff and reception staff were nice...but as soon as we walked in the room all we could smell the whole time is urine have no idea why and how to stop it,we were tired and checked in at night. Sprayed the room with deodorant to mask the smell but the urine/sewage smell was too strong first thing in the mor ing had a shower went down for breakfast (it was ok) didn't wanna go back to the room or use the toiler.I actually used the lobby floor toilet rather than our room one...and checked out...

"There was a party and as a guest we should have been told Then there was a screaming man and we asked him to quiet down. It became worse Had no sleep after a 6 hour drive In future let guests know there is a party so we can make other arrangements "
