"Propert showing its age."

"Check-in was easy but I asked specifically if this was a ground level floor and was answered that it was. When we got to the room it was on the second level and there was snow on the stairs. We had booked a two-night stay but the card was only good for one night and we had to wait while security came to give us a new card for the second night. The breakfast was nice but the setup for serving was inadequate requiring long waits in line to get hot food buffet style. This was a real problem if you...
