Nice place
Could use some paint and floor insulation but overall good accomodations.
Location is very good.
The house and property worked great for us. It was cozy and had everything we needed and were looking for. Had plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, and our ATVs. We could ride right from the house to the trail. Gas and a couple restaurants are close by which was very convenient.
Musty smell
Beds were all sagging and seemed like they 20 years old.
Electrical wires had electrical tape on them
Electrical switches did not all work
The ladder to the 2nd floor not sure was to code and was occupying space in the bedroom

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Did not like the spiders or the cobwebs in the corners. Sofas were musty smelling and mold on the plywood upstairs. (could not sleep up there.) Camp needs a decent vacuuming and deep clean. We liked the location. It is close to Flagstaff lake ,Trails End Steakhouse and there is great store within three miles. That being said, we would not stay there again.
Location was quiet and private and easy to find. Cabin was easy to check into and all info needed was clearly provided in the cabin.
Only downfalls was the coffee maker didn’t work and grill was too dirty to use but I communicated this to the owner and he replied quickly and professionally assuring it would be taken care of.
Would definitely recommend

Cute cabin
We rented this cabin for 4 days 3 nights to go side by side riding in the mountains. It is a cute place that’s located not far from the trails. It sleeps a lot of people. The owner/property manager was really attentive and nice.
One major drawback was we didn’t get told about it until our day of check confirmation email that water heater “went out” and they had to put in a smaller one.. so we didn’t have much warm water it took a while to get in showers for our group and most ended up with cold/Luke warm showers, It made it difficult after riding to get cleaned up.
The cabin looks as if the owners tried to upgrade things but didn’t finish them like a hole in the floor covered by a carpet, and rough cut holes around outlets. Also we had friends staying down the road in a bigger place with more than one bath and paid less than we did which was discouraging when we saw the difference. So I think the price point was off for this place in comparison. It’s definitely got lots of potential.
My friends and I had a great time staying at the cabin close to sugarloaf! Wood stove during a snow storm was great! Communication with the host was quick and helpful :)
Took some friends from Texas up Maine for the weekend. The house was clean, as described and Ryan was awesome to deal with! We rented some ATV’s and spend some time exploring the trails. I highly recommend this property!
Ryan was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was perfect for a weekend at Sugarloaf. Clean, comfortable, cozy cabin. We would definitely stay again!
